Job description

As Associate New Business Development you help incubate new and realize value inflection points for existing portfolio ventures.

You will be responsible for helping the team realize commercial milestones in the following areas:

  • Commercial prospecting & deal-making based on a minimum viable product
  • Market validation of high-tech R&D product development ideas
  • Establishing feedback loops between candidate early adopters (market) and scientists (product)
  • Business planning & execution
  • Fundraising
  • Interim management support for small R&D companies


We appreciate your strong entrepreneurial, result-oriented spirit and ambitions. You have a masters’ degree in commercial engineering (or similar). Your background in sales & marketing (2 to 3 years) is much valued. Your commercial drive and contact network will be a great addition to the team.
